Political campaign design is one that focuses around voter trust. With the candidate inevitably at the forefront of nearly all marketing materials, the face of the candidate must become forever linked to the name and political seat.

 

Roger Reinert’s last two senate campaigns were successful for this reason. The simplicity of his logo and boldness of the brick red used for his campaign allowed for prominent usage of his friendly, down-to-earth photo while also allowing for prominently placed action imagery.

 

As political campaigns are short-lived, immediate brand recognition is needed. To ensure this across all marketing platforms, specific guidelines were put in place to ensure voters could quickly and easily recognize all campaign materials along with any pertinent information.
