A new paint scheme (or livery) was required for a private jet newly acquired by the owner of the New York Giants. The colors red, blue and white were chosen to stay consistent with the team’s existing brand. White was chosen as the primary color of the design to allow the new livery to pop while also taking advantage of the color’s weight savings and sun resistant properties. A custom font was created specifically for the registration number. Due to strict regulation of registration number appearance by the Federal Aviation Administration, the font was kept within federal guidelines while employing similarities within the Giants’ existing branding.
